Involved with all aspects of work relating to the production of field grown trees at our 120 acre site at Horncastle.

This includes planting, propagation, cultivations, pruning, cane and tie, weed control, lifting and handling.

It is an active outdoor roll, that would suit someone physically fit and who enjoys the outdoor life.

Working in a small team producing trees in the fields for winter lifting and sale.

A lot of jobs involve the use of various forms of tractors and light machinery that the candidate must be prepared and willing to drive after training.

Training in the role is provided, and apprenticeships are available for qualifying young people.

Driving licence preferred.
