We have an exciting opportunity for a chef that wants to
produce high-quality pub grub, theme nights and also to have free reign over
the specials board.
The chef will work on a full-time basis to cook traditional
pub food and showcase their talent by optimising the specials board. The ideal candidate; will have qualifications/experience
in working in a similar setting. The role will include preparing a wide range
of meals to an excellent standard, presentation, high levels of hygiene, stock
rotation, stock ordering, kitchen staff management etc.
The kitchen has recently had a new cooker and commercial
dishwasher fitted.
