Being one of the UK’s leading Phenolic and Polyester fibreglass moulding manufacturers, we are actively looking for Fit-Out / Prepping Operatives to join our growing team.

As a Fit-Out / Prepping Operative, you will be responsible for assembling parts to drawing/work instructions; filing, sanding drilling panels to set specifications. You will be required to work to a planned schedule in a timely manner. As these roles are hands-on, previous experience using hand-tools such as grinders and drills is preferred.

Working with attention to detail and accuracy, we would expect you to take pride in your work, carrying out all tasks to the highest standards. A good understanding of drawings essential, internal training will also be given to our specific processes.

As well as being a good team player, you should also be able to work well under own initiative to meet Company demands.
