Due to expansion and forthcoming office relocation, the Lincoln NFU Agency are recruiting two Customer Service and Sales Advisors.

As a Customer Service and Sales Adviser within our small team, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and our customers are always happy. Providing exceptional administrative support, you will handle enquiries, provide insurance quotations and undertake insurance transactions, general sales tasks and potentially some book keeping administration, with a ‘can-do’ proactive enthusiasm.  You will also maximise inbound sales opportunities, cross selling to existing clients and assisting with renewal retention by using your excellent telephone manner to make the most of every call.

The chances are you’ll have already worked in a similar role and will be no stranger to applying an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do. Above all, you will relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment.

The position is full time standard office hours, five days a week.  Our brand new office will be located at The Quays, Burton Waters, Lincoln.  A beautiful working environment with staff parking and great facilities.
