JOB SUMMARY:

The company are an MSP and MSSP providing IT support, cloud, and consultation and managed security services to small and medium businesses in the East Midlands.

We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated, professional Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients.

The role will involve creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships, updating our clients on the latest services, creating and managing quotations and proposals, attending events and representing the company in a highly professional manner. You must have experience in the IT industry, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), had a previous technical role as a server or network engineer or as an Account Manager for an MSP is essential.

This is a full time position based at our Grantham office, however travel throughout the East Midlands is required.

Understanding of at least half of the following technologies is a requirement: –

·         Windows Server 2012 and above

·         Windows 10

·         Office 365 and sub-components

·         Microsoft Licensing

·         Veeam

·         Private & Public Cloud

·         VMware & Hyper-V

        Firewall & Routing Technologies
