We have a new opportunity for a chef that wants to cook
high-quality pub grub, theme nights and also to have free reign over the
specials board.
The Sous Chef will work on a full-time basis overseen by
the Head Chef to cook traditional pub food. The ideal candidate; will have experience
in cooking in a similar setting. The role will include assisting to cook a wide
range of meals to an excellent standard, presentation, high levels of hygiene etc.
The kitchen has recently had a new cooker and commercial
dishwasher fitted.
