Location: Horncastle
Job Type: Full-time. Monday to Thursday 8.45 to 5.15 and 8.45 to 4.00 on a Friday
Salary:  Pay is NLW plus and fully auto enrolled pension
Our client is recruiting for a full-time Reception /administrator  required for a busy Accountants practice in Horncastle.

You will be responsible for:
·         All filing and archiving duties using Virtual Cabinet and Iris electronic filing systems
·         Excellent communication skills,
·         Secretarial experience
·         Experienced handling confidential information
·         Good IT skills
·         A good level of education and a sense of humour!

You will be given training in Anti-money Laundering and Bribery Act legislation as you will on occasion be meeting clients and handling client monies.

Experience is an advantage but not essential as you will be given full training.
