We are looking for a Chef to work on either a full time/ or part time basis to assist in the preparation and service of food of a High End Tea Room. The ideal candidate will have the benefit of working mostly sociable hours with the guarantee of Sundays, Christmas and New Years off. While Qualifications in Cookery are welcomed experience is mandatory. It is important to note that while the ability to prepare savoury dishes is needed, an understanding of baking is also paramount. New members of the team will be expected to produce basic cakes and pastry items without additional training. New ideas would be welcomed to help us develop our weekly changing menu as we constantly strive to introduce our customers to new Foods. 

Staff will work both independently or part of a team during shifts set by a fixed weekly rota allowing them to make social plans with ease but are expected to be flexible to accommodate staff holidays and sickness.
