Salary:                 £17000 - £28000 dependent on experience

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing healthcare team based in the East Midlands.

You will be:

·         AAT qualified is essential and will consider those currently studying for ACCA/ACA and having experience in dealing with General Medical Practitioner Accounts.

·         Tax, VAT and Superannuation is desirable but training will be given.

·         Experience with Xero accounting software is also desirable.

The Accountant will work within the team reporting to the Healthcare director.

The role will involve:

·         Overseeing the preparation of client accounts

·         Overseeing the preparation of tax returns

·         Overseeing the preparation of VAT returns and superannuation certificates

·         Supporting GP practices in a financial management advisory capacity.
