Job Title:             Temporary Skilled Office Administrator                Job Reference: 469
Location:             Louth
Job Type:             4 weeks 30hrs Monday to Friday, flexible hours to be discussed
Salary:                  Salary is dependent on experience £7.83-9.00 per Hour

Main Duties
Answering the telephone and screening calls
General clerical duties including photocopying, mailing and filing
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Retrieve documents from filing system
Handle requests for information and data
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries

Experience
Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant software particularly word and excel
Creation of spreadsheets including formulas etc.
Knowledge and operation of standard office equipment.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
Knowledge of principles and practices of office management
Proficient in all clerical and administrative procedures and systems
