Location: Horncastle, Lincolnshire
Job Type: Full-time (6-month contract)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Main purpose of the job:
Staff will be involved with all aspects of work relating to the production of plants, trees and shrubs. Support the nursery team/s in their day to day activities and drive between nursery locations packing, collecting and delivering.
Roles & Duties
ü Undertake duties which require specific skills if trained to do so, to include but not limited to; driving company vehicles, assisting the nursery staff when requested to do so, assisting the despatch team, load and unload vehicles, ensure that all areas are kept tidy.
ü Prepare, handle and process plants for despatch within the guidelines given
ü Manage, mentor, train and supervise others – depending on your role
ü Help the Company to protect the health of yourself and others
ü Be prepared to transfer and assist all other parts of the business as required
