Job Type: Part-time Wednesday to Thursday 8.45pm to 5.15pm and Friday’s 8.45 to 4pm
Salary: Pay is NLW plus fully auto-enrolled pension
Our client is recruiting for a Part-time admin assistant required for a busy Accountants practice in Horncastle.
You will be responsible for:
· All filing and archiving duties using Virtual Cabinet and Iris electronic filing systems
· You will be expected to provide holiday cover for reception and secretarial duties
You are required to have:
· Excellent communication skills,
· Secretarial experience
· Good IT skills
· A good level of education and a sense of humour!
You will be given training in Anti-money Laundering and Bribery Act legislation as you will on occasion be meeting clients and handling client monies.
Experience is an advantage but not essential as you will be given full training.
