A local business specialising in Fire and Security systems is looking for an office administrator/PA to join their growing business. The role involves answering the phone, database entry, diary management, liaising with customers and suppliers, writing up quotes and keeping all office admin up to date and correct.

The right person for the job
Ø  Existing office experience
Ø  Good level of Maths & English
Ø  Excellent IT skills including office and Xero
Ø  Confident telephone manner
Ø  Good work ethic and time management
Ø  Positive and happy can-do attitude
Ø  Well presented
