Current working IT systems are :
MS Office package
Genero – bespoke Finance system, however this will be
changing to NAV Dynamics in 2017
Raising sales invoices
Purchase Ledger – Input/Payments
Sageline 50 Payroll (RTi) (desirable but not essential)
Haulage Sheets – Analysis/Input
Filing/arranging Post and drop off
Phone Answering
General Accounting Duties
Occasional Travel to other sites
Driving licence
All necessary training will be given.
Working Hours – 8.30am – 4.30pm (37.5 Hour Week) – can be
flexible for eg. poss 8 to 4 (no later than 4:30pm working)
Would like 1st interviews to commence 5th
December, for a start date before Christmas 2016.
