Role and Responsibilities
·
Collate information regarding delivery
paperwork
·
Work closely with sales managers with respect
to orders & deliveries
·
Produce sales invoices, statements &
credits
·
Maintain account procedures across all UK
sites, including scanning & emailing relevant information
·
Produce schedules for haulage on self-billing
system
·
Co-ordinate daily post to external customer
& company sites
·
Liaise with external customers including
farmers and contractors
·
Update and maintain the sales ledger
Key
attributes:
·
Meticulous attention to detail
·
Conversant with Microsoft IT package;
including Excel, Word & Outlook
·
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics desirable but
not essential
·
Motivated and enthusiastic
·
Excellent organisation and communication
skills
·
Able to work within a team environment and
work on own initiative & to provide cover when necessary
