Job Type: 25 hour Contract (rota)

Salary: Statutory holidays Rate of Pay £7.80 per hour

A privately run nursery, providing excellent and dedicated care and education of young children, are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner and Room Leader.

The right person will be;

 Enthusiastic about working with young children

 Energetic and fun

 Knowledgeable of the Early Years Foundation Stage

 Paediatric first aid trained

 Good understanding of Safeguarding is essential

Your role as Room Leader will include;

 Overseeing the smooth running and high quality early years practice within the room

 Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS

 Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues

 Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times

The 25 hour Contract based upon a Rota system working between the hours of 7.30am – 5.30pm 6pm by arrangement only. This position will require the successful candidate to be a key holder.
