Salary:                  £26,000-£34,000 salary up to £40k OTE plus company vehicle

A local well thought after Agricultural Dealership that has 2 sites are recruiting an After Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity, you must be confident with solid leadership skills. The four key brands that you will be involved with is Case IH, Sumo, Krone and Merlo. The right candidate will sign up to our clients key Values; staff engagement , service excellence , pride in your role , reliability and profitability

The successful candidate will be/have;

ü  Previous experience in a similar role within the industry would be beneficial

ü  Effectively market and sell manufacturers service plans, warranties etc.

ü  Solid leadership skills across different departments and staffing roles

ü  Ability to monitor and work to targets to increase sales.

ü  Build and promote strong customer relationships

ü  Manage stock rotation and stock levels

ü  Excellent work ethic

ü  Ambitious

ü  An understanding of the seasonal  nature of the industry

ü  Work collaboratively across all departments

ü  Working technical knowledge of the products

ü  Good working knowledge of IBCOS Gold would be advantageous
