Job Type:             Full time plus seasonal overtime at time and half (long-term position)

Salary:                  Dependent on experience, work wear will be provided and workplace pension.

A fourth-generation mixed farm based on the outskirts of Spilsby are looking to take on a new member of staff. The role is very varied; including beef cattle, arable & farm maintenance. The job would suit someone that wants a career in farming.

The ideal candidate will have a farming background but not necessary in livestock. Full training will be given, but they must be confident and have an affiliation with animals.

ü  Fit and strong, happy to work outdoors

ü  Prepared for all aspects of cattle husbandry

ü  Mechanically minded and capable of operating machinery

ü  Full clean driving licence or tractor licence

ü  Good level of maths and literacy
