Salary:                                  Salary depending on experience £18,000-£19,000

A local well thought after Sign Manufacture based in Horncastle are recruiting for an Installer/Production Operative. The role is very varied and will involve installing signs and general sign assembly in the factory.

Installing may involve digging a hole, concreting etc. or you may be working at height. You may have installed signs before or may have been in a similar role where you were handy and versatile.

Full training will be provided for the factory work, operating different machines and vehicle lettering.

The right candidate will also have/be:

ü  Full clean driving licence is essential

ü  Physically fit

ü  Happy working at height

ü  Previous sign installation experience would be advantageous

ü  Work on your own initiative

ü  Works to a high standard

ü  Good time keeping

ü  Loyal and trustworthy
